There is nothing as delicious smelling as baking bread,. I heard today that if we stopped eating bread we would almost certainly lose two kgs straight away.. well I don't think I'm going to test that theory :) Happy weekend Kate.
Sixty Minutes had a segment about the people who live to ninety or older. One of the findings is that the ones who live longer and better are average in weight or even a bit rounder, and not skinny. Pass me the bread.
At it's best when it first comes out of the oven.
