A beautiful pic and a wonderful thought. I do believe I have gone to Church more times when alone and in a remote beautiful place that only a Higher Being could have made than when in a cold man made building!
P.S. Sorry I haven't been posting or visiting but my free time has been entirely spent at the hospital where my mothet still is, after having had three infarctions. She's much better now and I hope she will go home soon.
i say that every sunday. my mom tells me otherwise. i can do church any where ... GOD is there speaking to me daily. that is what i think & believe. church has become a show-off moment for so many these days. (:
I don't know if my comment went through or not. If it did, I typed the wrong name on it--I apologize for a moment of dense-headed-ness. Anyway, your post is perfect in image and words, Kate.
I so agree. I think Opus, in the Sunday comics section many years ago now, referred to it as the Church of the Blue Domers. Lovely image to illustrate.

ReplyDeleteI totally agree. I can get much more meditative in this environment.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful place to be Kate.
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts exactly!

ReplyDeleteThis is indeed a beautiful place!
ReplyDeleteNo church required. It is inspirational, all by itself.
ReplyDeleteWhat Jack said. That place is enough all by itself.
