Quack! Quack!

Since many bloggers are posting pictures of wildlife, I thought I'd add this little family of a slightly different species, found in the bakery department of Lund's grocery store in Highland Village. Check this site for another family of a different species.

    Hey Kate, how humorous!
I just love this wildlife shot, and its sister turtle one. Good take on the duck theme, which we've seen so many of lately! You're one of a kind, Kate!

  9. I was really sad when you closed your photoblog of Mazatlán, the portraits you got there will be difficult to be caught in another place.

    A great hug dear Kate

  11. Cute and delicious! Have you seen my collage, Kate (I di it thanks to you!)? I have had to post it again this morning because I could not open it myself...Don't worry too much about the bird mother, I've often seen the same behaviour and the eggs hatched out nevertheless.

  13. Oh excellent! A duck that isn't cooked - well sort of isn't cooked. As Ming says, bring the butter and jam.

    Love the turtles too.

Mmmmmmmmmm, I like your idea of having a spare blog to post pics you don't use but would like us to see. That's intelligent. I sometimes post too many, come to think of it. Wrap on knuckles.
