Buying a refrigerator to fit into a cabinet space of a home that is 75-years-old is pretty tricky. In order to find a unit with enough space but with smaller dimensions than most refrigerators that are now on the market takes a lot of shopping plus ordering it on faith from another state without actually seeing it. Upon delivery, moving it through doors that are decidely narrower than modern houses is even trickier. Rigo (top photo) and his brother Lenny are masters at their job. Both of them were not only skillful and professional, but Rigo was more than helpful by assisting me in putting the shelves together and providing some other refrigerator-related tips. Both of these men were born here in the states but their parents are from Pueblo, México. Couldn't be happier that Rigo and his brother are Minnesota Workers!

Good and honest workers are so hard to find these days. We are redoing our yard currently, so I know what I'm talking about. :)
ReplyDeletehe looks very friendly!
ReplyDeleteIt always amazes me how a skilled worker can make something so difficult look so easy. Nice looking (strong) young man.
ReplyDeleteHandsome fellow and talented too!
ReplyDeleteawesome! he has a kind face and a strong sense about him. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat would we do without strong young men to help move all our big stuff.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you about the tattoo on the young man's leg. I feel that a tattoo might be a desperate cry for attention.
I love this story and the photos that go with it! Thanks, Kate.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great service these guys provide to a community.
ReplyDeleteMoving big, heavy things with care is an art. I hope your leap of faith pays off. New refrigerators seem to follow the "bigger is better" curve these days. But at least they seem to be continuing to get more energy efficient.
ReplyDeleteBravo guys!
ReplyDeleteHe has a nice smile!
