    I think the answer is: because they can? When they first came out they were an expensive novelty. I consider them gas guzzlers.

    LOL, I sure wouldn't want one. I don't have the ego for it or the wallet to pay for the gas. Of course personalized plates.

    You have asked a question for which I have no answer! Some people like to drive buses, and others like to drive motorcycles or wee cars like the new Fiat, and some like to ride around in monsters. There's got to be a psychological reason for such behavior! :)

    Ha! I could fit my tiny car inside of that and use it for a garage. I don't see as many of these around as there were when they first came out.
