For a description of this "Apple A Day" Project check yesterday's post.
The Collection for the month of June in its entirety is extraordinary in itself. To get the full effect, one would have to buy all the paintings so I decided to pass, although I love the whole effect.
QUOTATION OF THE DAY
"We took our freedom. Egypt is born again. "
MUSTAFA ABDURASHEED MUHANNA, in Tahrir Square in Cairo.
Nice! A place I would have liked to visit.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
Sounds like a neat project.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the June painting! Wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI like the painting with the lady and the apple. Nice series!
ReplyDeleteI do like the top photo and the William Tell too but think the top one wins.
ReplyDeleteAlso in reply to your questions on my blog about the rare coin I answered
"Yes I do own it."
I agree, this is a great effect and must be viewed all together.
ReplyDeleteI like this project.
To answer your question on my "Rocks and Water" picture yesterday, it was taken at Watson Lake park, in Prescott, which is a city park inside the city limits. It is in the area called "Granite Dells".
Great way to stretch the imagination!
ReplyDeleteAlso very clever. I find it interesting how many different ways one artist visualizes the idea "apple".
ReplyDeleteI agree with EG on this one! But I must say I like yesterdays more.
ReplyDeletebelles creations, j'aime beaucoup la premiere
ReplyDeleteBeautiful paintings and great work! I remember a Mexican painter, Martha Chapa, her work is all about apples and is remarkable.
