Library Returns

Utility containers of all kinds have gotten new life when decorated as a part of public art on city streets.  My local branch library did a terrific job of brightening the book return box. Behind the readers using both book and kindle are downtown buildings: the Main Library, Landmark Center, 1st National Bank and other commerical buildings.

  6. I like that, very creative and well done.

Ophelia was weak by the time she reached us, mostly gusty winds and some rain. Most of the damage was down south around Cork with lots of people losing power. Some have it back now while others have to wait up to a week.

  7. What a fine looking mural on this book return box. Hope that it encourages many young people to keep reading.

  9. I like it a lot! So much better than looking at a chunk of metal.
They need to do more of that out here...
