This crepe foodstand is located in front of The Meritage--with a hungry patron ready to enter the French restaurant while waiting for his wife, the photographer. The cuisine at the the Meritage Restaurant is exceptionally good. As soon as the weather warms up a bit, we intend to come downtown for Sunday brunch or lunch on the outside terrace as well as to indulge in the tasty-looking crepes. Since food carts are now becoming more and more popular in the Twin Cities we fully intend to sample most of them, if not all.
"Meritage Crepe Stand
Opened in Spring of 2010, the Meritage Crepe Stand was kicked off with fanfare and social media sources buzzing. To see other ABC WEDNESDAY posts, go here.
hummmm des bonnes crepes
ReplyDeleteAt least the woman in your photo does not have the problem of a friend of mine who worked as a waitress at a crepe restaurant when we were in college in the 60's. She at times had to go straight from work to class. Imagine going to college in the 60's wearing the dress and apron of a country French restaurant.
ReplyDeleteLove that first shot in particular with the photographer's handsome (and patient) husband waiting at the door.

ReplyDeleteI would like to agree with Brattcat, but with all that "Russian ballerinas" all around the world, I am afraid to be wrongly understood)))
