Worn With Pride!

Did you see the Vikings-New York Giants game on Sunday?  This is the front of the sweatshirt worn with pride by my 15-year-old grandson.

  1. j'aime comment la NFL respecte et fait vivre son passé, très bonne idée de ressortir ces vieux logos (pour les 50 ans, c'est ça ?)

  3. Sorry, Kate. I was born without the sports gene. But I hope it was a pleasure for your family.

  4. Yes, but I also saw the Vikings when they played the Arizona Cardinals a few weeks ago.

The question is, which team will show up for the playoff games. The Vikings and Cardinals when they have looked really good, or the Vikings and Cardinals who have looked really bad, which the Cardinals have done much more often than the Vikings.

  5. Just read a book about the Viking invasions of Paris. I felt less proud of being one! :-)

    Happy New Year!

  6. ... and I forgot to say that I looked through the number of posts you have done recently (when I made a break). A lot of snow around ... and no Mexico this year!

  7. I have only seen one professional football game in my life (in person, at least) and it was the Vikings against Kansas City. Unfortunately I was for KC at the time b/c I lived there, but now I could def support the Vikings!! :)

  8. Kate, I think back at my blog you were seeing the reflections from our winter garden in our neighbor's window. You can also see the reflection of their porch post, and a candle in their window. Their home is beautiful at night, too, with a single candle lit in each of the many windows. It looks like something straight out of a victorian village.

  10. My son may still have around one sweatshirt like that, but I think he got that in Colorado, don't know how... I'll ask him.
