Since today is Saturday, a day of rest, this sign should have an impact on your home-time. I discovered this wise suggestion in a cozy corner of the bookstore owned by Garrison Keillor of Prairie Home Companion fame. Have yourself a good read this week-end!
Great capture! I like that sign! A good advice indeed.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't have said it better myself. One is never alone if one has something to read.
ReplyDeletePS Thank you for the comment!
PS2 Congratulations with the President Elect! He has support from Europe.
Good suggestion Kate...

I do like the sentiment but what about all those errands and chores???? Is this "Lake Wobegon Books"?
ReplyDeleteGreat shot. I love his radio show sooo much. It DOES go along with my post today. Thanks Kate!

I love Garrison Keillor. I used to like his TV show. It was always so relaxing to watch him talk about the folks in his hometown.
ReplyDeleteI have a small award for you at my place.
The weather has been so lovely here in Southern CA I love to sit outside in my backyard with a book. Birds in the feeder, and a squirrel or two eating peanuts.
ReplyDeleteGood advice for a weekend or anytime.

I have lots of time on my hand these days, and have started reading again. One of the good things about my current situation!
ReplyDeleteGood suggestion. I like how the photo looks like there is was a secret library behind a block wall.
ReplyDeleteI am most definitely for working less!!! I would love to have more time to read - work is my devil
ReplyDeleteHope you are well, Kate! =)
Do you think that motto would work with my boss? I'd much rather spend my time reading than working.
ReplyDeleteI should be so lucky, right? *VBG*
Love this one, Kate!
ReplyDeleteI also love GK's attitude on life, "Happy to be here!"
