A multi-talented group of all ages met on Saturday, May 12, 2007. An historic meeting! From upper left, clockwise: Chris and Sophie; The MN Bloggers: Steve (Slinger),Kate, Carol, Sophie, and Chris; Chris, Sophie and Deb; and Slinger.
You are turning into such a clever photo manipulator. Whereas I am losing things... my picture in my hat disappeared and I can't get it back up. Bummer.
I have seen these pictures several places and they are all nice pictures and each arranged them differently. I like them all, but I also like the whole idea. On another blogging group my wife belongs to there is a young man from Poland who lives in Sweden who is in Detroit, Michigan and there hooked up with a number of local blogging friends. A great idea.
I also like the way you handled your pictures. Nicely done, Kate.
I wanted to thank you for your visits to my blog. Thanks.
We should unite the MPLS/StPaul folks with the Duluth group. We have a flickr group now with 24 members just in one week. Great idea to get together like this. Aaron moeview.com Duluth Photographers Guild.
Great idea for showcasing multiple photos Kate! Can't wait for the next reunion...even though it will probably be 'somewhere across the river'...yikes! Enjoyed finally meeting you!
this post makes me feel hopeful. we have only been blogging for a few days-- (with the online encouragement & help of miss nyack.) So far it has been a bit eye opening--The first day out even, I noticed so much --so many details in my town that I was blind to for many years!
the idea that I might meet other bloggers (in person!) is exciting.
What a beautiful shot of nature! I hope we get to see the babies. :)
I talked to my mom the other day who told me about the three one day old baby birds that had blown out of their nest during a huge wind storm and died. She said the Mom and Dad bird just sat on the porch railing all day like they didn't know what to do after having been so busy setting up house. Let's see a happy ending with yours. :)

Kudos to you for suggesting this meet-up! We should consider doing something like that on a greater scale ;-) Maybe in Mazatlan next winter?
