Added later: We had our first meeting today with six committed writers able to attend. It's going to be a worthwhile and creative experience. We're going to "keep the fire."

ReplyDeleteFormat for those of you who have expressed interest:
Delete1. Meet the first and third Wed of ea. month to check in and discuss progress, writing, etc.
2. Write 3 pages of free association daily (which will then perhaps develop into a working piece to be discussed and shared),
3. Select and write from a long list of topics to be chosen at random as a writing task for self,
3. Check in with one another on an internet "Bulletin Board" when so move between meetings for discussion of writing or related topics,
4. Using book, "The Artist's Way," by Julia Cameron as a guide,
5. Commitment to self and group members to write each day.
Looks to be an exciting 'adventure'.
