  2. What a colorful event! The Native American Festival at Mound State Park in Moundville is probably the closest event of this type around here.

  4. I've not been to a powwow in ages! I miss fancy dancing, fry bread, and 49'er parties; it's good the college has revived this lovely tradition.

  12. Nice captures Kate. The costumes are so nice. We have our Red Earth Festival every year here in OKC and it is an event not to be missed! Photography at the dances is very limited.

  18. Fabulous! We are looking forward to attending the Pow-wow in Prescott AZ in September. Went to one in Hampton Va once that was really awesome. Great N!
