Biker Chick-Road Trip #3

On  week-ends during the spring, summer, and fall, Wisconsin Highway 35 is full of friendly bikers, many of whom have Harley's.  As we were driving away from a restaurant, this biker chick and her male companion roared up.  I leaned out the window and asked for a smile, and she willingly obliged.  Wonder how I'd do on one of those things.  Hah!!

  7. Somehow I don't get the impression that you are a biker chick, Kate. I wouldn't even try one of these bad boys.

  8. I know how I'd do on a Harley ... most models are simply too large for my small frame. I'll stay with my stable of scooters -:)

  9. I want one! The Harley!

Nice to hear your weather has improved and that are out biking, even if it is on a bike you have to pedal. The latter is no doubt a lot safer.

  10. Wow! That is something that I never did and wish that I had. What a wonderful sense of freedom that would give. I bet she would love to have those pictures.

You asked if I was a fan of ZZ Top. Well, I remember them because my kids liked them way back when. I always got a kick out of watching them though. I only remember two songs, Legs and Sharp Dressed Man. I think I must be too old to be a fan.

  11. I don;t think they are easy to ride. You have to have a very good sense of balance and also be well coordinated, so that lets me out.

  18. Now that's a Biker Chick!!!

We went to dinner Friday night and outside the restaurant were parked 5 of the most gorgeous Harley's ever...none of them looked like they'd been ridden because there wasn't a smudge of dust or grease on them!!! I told my husband that if I was ever going to be a biker chick, I'd want to be one on one of those!!!
