And I've often been told that cats do not make good bookends. Now I'm not so sure. But then I also remember an old adage that says, "Never awaken a sleeping cat." (Actually, I just made that up!)
The morning newspaper here in Arizona had a photo of a mountain lion that took a nap on a homeowners porch, and then came face to face with two house cats through the window. They showed a photo of the two cats reaching up and touching paws through the glass.
My cats like to do this: curl up close to where I am working. I have one curled up on my computer table as I go through the morning blog round. It helps, of course, that the table lamp is warming her head!
