My Green Thumb

When friends discuss their gardening, I smile enigmatically and say very little.  This picture demonstates the extent of my green thumb: ace I am not.  I confess that I enjoy container gardening for herbs, but anything else...?! Back to my novel!!
Just because you've only got houseplants doesn't mean you don't have the gardening spirit - I look upon myself as an indoor gardener. ~Sara Moss-Wolfe

  1. I am absolutely with you, and still have some nice and healthy succulents on my terrace.

  4. This one made me laugh. I am in exactly the same boat. I have some herbs in pots and a few cactus, but other than that one should never rely on me to keep a plant a live.

  5. Ya, but every year I see what new way I can kill plants in the garden off, sometimes with help of deer and woodchucks! Yuk! hahahaha!

  6. I recently, as you might know, re-entered the whole gardening scene. For many years I had very little interest, other than indoor plants. New Mexico was my reasoning. I must say, I do admire your blue wheelbarrow.

  8. The way I figure it, if nature wanted plants to grow, nature can figure out how to make it happen. I'll be busy with other things.

    So what's the novel about?

  10. Another nice thing about indoor gardening; no rabbits. Rabbits are devouring our north metro yard garden.
