Canine Mischief

This is what our darlings do when we leave them alone for too long!!

They may look innocent but these two are the culprits.
Sleepy Maggi on the left, and Lexie on the right.

  1. Naw....not those sweet things,

We are at our daughter's ( in their guest apt.) and left her LAB loose while we were gone. He ate two loaves of bread, a package of English muffins and a box of cookies.....He wasn't so hungry at dinner!

    1. Surprised he wasn't sick!! Dogs digestive systems must be terrific!

  2. Are sure a cat didn't sneak in? Those cuties couldn't have done it.

  6. It looks like someone had a real good time. Not those two sweet dogs though. Surely a cat was involved somehow.

  9. In Chinese astrology I am a dog. My living room sometimes looks like "yours" but the only difference is I do not eat magazines and newspapers.

  10. As a pup, our dog pulled the whole weekend paper into her enclosure and shredded it to form a layer about 4" thick. When we came back she was standing in the middle of it so proud of what she had accomplished. I can still see the look on her face, 12 years later!

  11. Awwww, they're just checking! Our pup looks at us regularly and asks, "What in the world interests you about that stuff? I've tasted it and there's no food in it at all! I can't imagine why you spend so much time with it!" (Luckily, he came to us well trained and only gets into trouble instigated by his friend Jenny Bell. "The Watermelon Incident" is memorable.)

  18. Sorry, Kate, but I have to admit these photos made me smile. How could you even suggest sweet Maggi and Lexie could be responsible. ;))
