Van offers Community
Fitness Program
Van Evans, a native St. Paulite, is interested in both fitness and community involvement. As a result he has begun a community program that meets on the corner of Summit Avenue and the top of Ramsey Hill every Saturday from 8:30-10:30 am. A lawn sign indicates that he's available to work with passersby and neighborhood people on physical workouts. A 1986 high school graduate of St. Paul Academy and the University of Minnesota, he is now employed in the field of sports medicine. If you want to lift weights or run up the "killer" Ramsey Hill, come out to meet Van next Saturday!
these types of workouts are really getting popular down here.
