"Columbines in Bloom"#24




I think I'll end the quilt theme with this one made by Donna Barnitz, who was featured already with "My Sister's Truck" on August 10. The small photo is called "Hummingbird Migration" by Jean McLaughlin who lives in Silver City, NM. Hope you enjoyed them; I know that we did!

  6. This has been an incredible series, Kate. I've never seen such unusual quilts before. Normally, one sees the more geometric designs. The artistry, the imagination, the work (!) that has gone into these is incredible. Thanks so much for the wonderful photographs.

  11. Beautiful work! That is one mandatory stop my wife and I make at the State Fair, to look at the quilt exhibit. That and the photography exhibit.
