    I've heard of Lambeau field most of my life, but I knew nothing of the man.

    This is the first I've ever read about him and what he did and why the field is named after him.

    American football hasn't been around as long as many sports on the world stage, but it definitely an old American sport. I can't imagine taking those hits like they did back then with little or no padding.
