beautiful murals you have there!!
ReplyDeleteI'm enjoying this series. I'm a big fan of American Primitive painting. I have a couple paintings I bought at auction in upstate NY in the style. They were painted in the late 1700's or early 1800's by an itinerant artist who travelled from farm to farm painting portraits, landscapes, and animals for a few pennies each.
ReplyDeletea great serie of mural pics :D
ReplyDeleteThese murals are all delightful! Great series!
ReplyDeleteA horsedrawn carriage, a driver, city life - those were once considered luxuries, weren't they. This mural reminds me of all the conveniences (and warmth) I enjoy in 2006. Thanks, Kate.
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful mural. It wouldn't take much to turn this into the Christmas scene.
ReplyDeleteKris has a good idea. It would be wonderful to see them in a slide show.

ReplyDeletevery sad event from 1913.

The Europa hotel is close to the waterfront and its clients would have come off the ships in the harbour, now it has been coverted to low cost rental.
I will return to your blogs
