A Restaurant's Aquarium

I used to see many more aquariums in restaurants and medical or business offices in the past than I do today.  I wonder why these tanks with their fish have slowly disappeared?  While waiting to be served in any of these places, I always am entertained, almost mesmerized, by these colorful animals.

  7. I do remember them in Doctor's offices and restaurants. They are relaxing to watch. Things come in and out of style I guess.

  9. A well done tank looks like a living garden. I have a sneaking suspicion that nobody wanted to keep the tanks clean.

  12. I use to always have an aquarium growing up. Our dentist had one in his waiting room. But your right, you don't see them much anymore.

  13. I really hadn't noticed, but I think you're right - there are far fewer of these aquariums in public places. I used to enjoy them a lot also.
