  1. What a neat looking fountain! There's an awful lot NO rules on that sign. They forgot one very important one. No peeing in the fountain(:-0)

  2. I like the pineapple, its unique. I surprised they allow any wading at all. I bet it would be cool in St. Paul in January.

  11. Beautiful to look at but the rules put images in my head that make me want to enjoy it from afar.

  12. On a hot summer day you will find the fountain filled with children (and a few adults)! Have a nice sunny day!

  13. Great looking fountain! A lot of rules though - here you wouldn't be allowed in the fountain in the first place.

  16. This is a really cool fountain! When I was little, all I wanted for birthdays was a fountain. Alas, I never received one...just had my picture taken in front of many.

  20. Funny! "Please enjoy the fountain, BUT!" They don't need a lifeguard, they need a security guard.
