May, 2014 Theme: Squares

During the month of April, several wall hangings created by a group of women from Unity-Unitarian church in St. Paul donated their beautiful craftwork for a silent auction with proceeds going to charity—100 percent to a food shelf. I have already posted two of the quilt-hangings here and here. This charming wall-hanging would be perfect for a child's room and also is perfect for "Squares," this month's theme.
I wonder how many squares are in this photo?

And once you start looking for squares in more than one way, they pop up in different ways.

  16. Excellent choice. Quilts are everywhere. I just put down an alumni magazine that had a long article about quilts and quilt collectors.
