On the Street Where I Live, December, 2012 Theme Day

A bedecked lantern
Lights the Way Every Season
Holiday Greeting
Many creative people reside on the "street where I live," including my next door neighbor who decorates her front yard with some delightful seasonal images.  I love this light she often hangs on a tree with candles to illuminate the lantern.  I just might use this for a holiday card!

  6. Oh how beautiful...

Kate I think our husbands have been cut from the same cloth. Same reaction from Tom when I mention a condo or retirement community. I agree that it is time to simplify.

  9. Is this a current picture with snow? I'd love to have some winter for a change. It's barely even jacket season here.

    1. Kathy, I must confess that this is a photo from last year (or maybe the year before when we were buried in snow), and i think that I will definitely use this photo for my cards.

  16. Hey there Kate, I hope winter is treating you well so far. Great photo! We only got a touch of snow early Nov, and nothing since. The weather is kinda strange lately. Yes, I was happy to finally meet Randy! The clay sale went alright fro my first sale... but woosh... 11 hour days at my table, so I was exhausted. Now working all weekend & trying to get some things boxed up for shipping home for Christmas. Looking forward to a day of rest sometime in the not too distant future!
