I think it's now time to update this blog! I'm still in Mexico (see my Mazatlan blog), but I am no longer in the casa that had originally excited me in my earlier posts. The bed looks quaint and romantic doesn't it? Well, it wasn't: long story--the net protected me from mosquitos and bats. Yes, bats that fluttered freely above me at night, visiting from a nearby bat cave. I lasted two weeks before I moved out. Happy where I am now. I shall continue with this blog after I return to St. Paul in April, 2007!!

ReplyDeleteHello Kate!
ReplyDeleteHope to see you soon around the Blog-o-sphere!
I like that detail as a curtain for your bed.

Cheers, Swerch.

Clever title and update. I'm not sure how you lasted 2 weeks there.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your return to St. Paul.
Bats are or I should say, probably were, after the mosquitoes who had fed on you. I don't know but that seems like a little too much familiarity in a room.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog and commenting on the Life and Death issues.
