Is that it? Just 5 more days? Oh my my, I'm so excited for you. And yet I'll miss your daily visits. Hope it's not too much trouble before we see you in Mexico :)
This made me laugh. It is oh so true for much of the mid-west. My relatives, in the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles, were without electricity most of the last few days due to the blizzard. Fortunately their power is back on ... Please keep in touch after you arrive in Mexico.
Oh, I'd forgotten how rusted cars become, living in and driving around the snowy and salted streets of the north. That's one thing I don't have to worry about living in Little Rock.
If you're missing Winter in St. Paul over the next few months, just take some time to look at this rusty snow-covered truck! Then grab a book, a drink with an umbrella in it, and head toward the nearest pool!
I love this one, Kate!
ReplyDeleteYou must be starting to pack? Let's hope for cold and snow in MN before you leave so the contrast in MX will be greater! :D
