Yesterday
Tamera of Colorado Springs Daily Photo posted a lovely winter photo, which is an annual practice of hers to give some respite during the hot weather. "What a good idea!" I said to myself as our temperature was climbing to 99 degrees fahrenheit! So I decided to do the same. Thank you, Tamera! The lilac bushes along the fence is our back yard certainly is a "cool" shot!
It is only 81 degrees right now at 6 am and is predicted to stay in the low 80's today. I think I can tolerate the warm weather a bit longer before the ice and snow visit again!
Oh my goodness. That's pretty darn hot for you part of the country. Stay cool.
ReplyDeleteGood one! We are heading up to around 95˚F today!
ReplyDeleteThat is my kind of weather!
ReplyDeleteLots of people will appreciate that image and long for a few frosty days. I know my wife would, she struggles in the heat.
ReplyDeleteRegarding your question about stray animals, I left a comment on the blog for you.
Aaaaah, snow! I guess we are all feeling the heat these last few days! 99 degrees is too hot!
ReplyDeleteI don't think William means 95 degrees. :*D
ReplyDeleteGood idea for those of you suffering in the heat. We're still waiting for real signs of summer. I don't mind our cooler days but sure would like more sun in my garden!
ReplyDelete(To answer your question, our Nespresso coffee maker is a CitiZ & milk D121. The milk is heated and frothed in a separate unit on the same stand as the coffee maker. It uses coffee in pods that come from Nespresso (online or via phone). I selected it because the coffee is strong and flavorful and the used pods can be mailed back to Nespresso for recycling. Nespresso customer service is top notch.)
ok I just googled that temperature and converted it, would be about 29 deg celsius, ouch that's high and very hot.
ReplyDelete29C is the perfect summer temp for me Kate.. I like your idea of posting winter pics to keep you cool ☺
